The 800-watt e-bike motor can be used in three ways while riding. Turn off the motor and provide power like a traditional bicycle, so you can let your body exercise as much as you want. Want to ride further than ever but worry you might not have enough energy to get home, set it to pedal-assist to only engage the motor when pedaling. Rather than feeling an ounce of sweat piercing your skin, let the motor do all the work and use the thumb throttle to move the bike entirely under the power of the motor.
